  4.   This Shareware version of PropMan is a functioning property management 
  5.   system. You may give complete, unmodified copies to anyone you wish with the 
  6.   following conditions, 1) you may not charge for the programs and, 2) you may 
  7.   not change or remove any files on the disks.  
  8.  
  9.   The Shareware PropMan will do property management accounting and record 
  10.   keeping for individual owners with up to 50 rental units. There are also 
  11.   larger versions with additional features for larger owners and management 
  12.   companies. For information on any of these call or write PropMan.

  14.   The Program disk(s) (2 - 5 1/4" or 1 - 3 1/2") contain the PropMan software 
  15.   and installation instructions. The Doc / Demo disk contains the User Guide 
  16.   and a self-running demo. PropMan or the demo must be installed on a hard 
  17.   drive before they can be run. The instructions and documentaion may be 
  18.   examined or printed directly from the distribution disks.

  20.       To install PropMan, install the demo or print the documentation, mount 
  21.   Program disk 1 and run PMINSTAL. We recommend: run PMINSTAL, ask for the 
  22.   "Print menu" then print "PropMan intro" & "Index to manuals and screens".
